February will mark the first week of the Lunar New Year welcoming in the year of the Wood Snake!

This community ear clinic is based on Battlefield Acupuncture & NADA protocols from our days at the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic in San Francisco, and is intended to support deep nervous system support during stressful times, aiming to regulate and nourish. And as we enter more stressful and unknown times, our aim is to hold space within our community of Alameda to build connection and to ease stress.

While this clinic is free, we accept donations for our cause for the month. This month we will continue to feature the Alameda Food Bank.

Afraid of needles? Not to worry! We will also have ear seeds available for you to wear home. We are excited to see you!
